Professional electronics manufacturer selling presentation products to commercial customers worldwide.

CHALLENGE

Kramer Electronics needed to demonstrate innovative uses for its products and communicate those uses both to its sales force and its potential customers.

SOLUTION

Turn of Phrase created case studies about Kramer customers in various target industries, such as: houses of worship, educational institutions, presentation conference facilities. Each article included quotes from the integrator/installer and the end user obtained through telephone interviews with each, and explained the audio/video solutions. Turn of Phrase managed the approval process of the articles through the client, integrator and end users, then articles and photos were posted on the Kramer Electronics website. In addition, Turn of Phrase wrote a series of print inserts for Audio/Video Magazine that dropped during the company’s major tradeshow, Infocomm.

RESULTS

More than 50 case studies were created for Kramer Electronics and were used as sales tools and publicity platforms for the company.
